These terms cover your use of this website. The specifics of any job — scope, price, and scheduling — are agreed directly with Hearth & Air Heating + Cooling by phone, text, or in person.
Quotes & estimates
Prices shown on this site (the diagnostic fee, tune-up rate, plan pricing, and the replacement range) are guides. Your actual price is the figure we quote for your specific system and home, which we confirm before any work begins. Estimates on new and replacement systems are free and carry no obligation.
Scheduling & service
Same-day and next-day service is offered when available and is not guaranteed; no-heat and no-cool calls are prioritised but a cold snap or heat wave can fill a schedule. We'll always tell you the soonest honest window when you contact us. We reserve the right to decline work we can't perform safely or legally.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure we can safely reach the equipment — the furnace or air handler, the outdoor unit, the electrical panel and the thermostat. Tell us up front about anything unusual: past repairs, a system that's been added to, gas smells, water damage, or wiring that isn't original.
